12 Days of Christmas Style – no more wrap
December 8, 2008 by greenmystyle
She’s sorted your tree, your chap’s Christmas present, and thought of ideas for beating winter sniffles and demanding dress codes. Sindhu Venkatarayanan from ethical boutique DeviDoll is back with a wrapping paper tip.
Day 6 – No more wrapping paper
Sindhu writes: Just stop using conventional wrapping paper. End of. Instead, save paper all year around and use it. Wrap your gifts with newspaper and then write on them with a thick marker in Christmas colours, or use old calendar images, junk mail, catalogues or fliers to make your own wrapping paper.
I also love it when the packaging is a present on its own; buy a vintage lunch box and put your present inside.
Come back tomorrow for Sindhu’s winter boots recommendation.
