Any bold and alluring colour thrown into a neutral look is sure to be a head turner, and a good pick of this season’s vivacious colours can work the look just like any Eddie Sedgwick ensemble does. This vintage 1980s original yellow boyfriend blazer has a similar cut to that of Christian Lacroix’s tweed oversized blazers and uses the kind of wool seen on the camel coats and trenches at recent fashion shows. Such a blinding colour as yellow might seem too ambitious to pair with a lot of colours.
