Daily eBay – vintage Sixties Harrods bedside table

Me and my recently moved in other half had a…uhm…heated debate about the arrival of his bright yellow bookcase into my / our otherwise softly toned bedroom last night. “It will be useful,” he said. “It’s awful,” I said. “But I can put my keys and gadgets and loose change on it,” he said. “I know,” I said. “It’s awful.” And so to some damage limitation, via today’s Daily eBay.

Today’s find, a rather desperate one, is this very cute and very retro 1960s bedside cabinet from Harrods. I love the shape of the legs, the sweetness of the handles and the fact that it’s not bright yellow. What are the chances of getting my chap to go for it though?

It’s had one careful lady owner since the Sixties, and has only a small mark on the door. It’s a fast bid though, with bidding ending at 17.56pm tonight. Current bid price is £25.

I should be keeping this one to myself really, but as I’m not confident I’ll be able to work on the other half by this evening it’s perhaps better thrown open to you lovely Greenmystyle.com readers. I pass it on to you with love!
