My Only One available at Topshop’s flagship store

My Only One’s colourful Spring Summer 09 collection has finally hit one of the world’s largest fashion stores, so prepare to be dazzled by its iconic array of vintage fabrics and ultra modern shapes.

This Sunday My Only One’s Sport Nouveau range launched at London Topshop’s flagship store. The daring collection has sought to redefine traditional sportswear through its fusion of unconventional feminine silhouettes and vintage fabrics. And yet despite its avant garde creative vision, the range is not only wearable but fantastically accessible too.

For this range, oversized men’s T-shirts from the 70′s and 80′s have been transformed and remade into flirty trapeze dresses. Likewise, vintage dresses from the 50′s and 60′s have provided the inspiration for key pieces such as the Echo Playsuit.

This is a youthful and colourful range perfect for a city based summer. What’s more, the use of vintage fabrics contrasts expertly with the modern shapes of the collection’s key features making each piece a unique summer garment.
