Consumers can type in the Track & Trace number on any Made By label and find out exactly where it came from and who it was made by. One of the brands they support is Ali Hewsons’ label Edun, who produce in Uganda, seen here on the catwalk of Eco Chic.

In order to engage the fashion savvy consumer, the industry needs to make clever design choices and highlight the positives of sustainable fashion, to help to communicate the true value of buying eco clothing.
In other words, it’s vital that eco designs are just as sexy, stylish and innovative as anything else on the market. In fact, with the innovations in new fibre technologies and production processes, ethical designs can be even more exciting.
