This larger version of the nearby Lewes branch of Bill’s offers a unique eating and shopping experience for those wanting to buy local. Housed in an old storage house in the north laines, Bill’s serves hefty portions of food made from local produce. The food is delicious, but Bill’s is also a feast for the eyes, with products and produce towering on shelves, hanging from the ceiling and piled in baskets.
