Just off the Royal Mile, this chic vegetarian restaurant takes your taste buds around the world. With influences from Thailand, India and- of course- Scotland, there is something for everyone here. Unlike many ‘fusion’ restaurants however, David Bann is a master at making all the flavours harmonise. It’s also very reasonable, with main courses around the £11 mark.
I went here with my partner before Christmas and it was fantastic. The beetroot and blue cheese soufflé will stick in my head as a top vegetarian dish.
