Henderson’s first began life in 1962 as a deli, selling the produce of Janet and Mac Henderson’s East Lothian farm. Soon after, the restaurant was opened. Today the bistro has its own gallery space and bakery, accommodating up to 30 content diners. Despite its fantastic reputation, prices are kept low at this restaurant, with a main course going for around £8.
