The vegetarian menu at ultra-trendy Shoreditch hangout Saf is created with a great eye for detail. Executive chef Chad Sarno cooks most dishes below 48 degrees to preserve the food’s nutritional value. New for this year is Saf’s vegan Sunday roast- apparently a first for the capital.
To drink Saf offers fair trade hot drinks and biodynamic wines.
