Can anything be more heavenly than a big plate of bangers and mash? Perhaps not, but the owners of The Big Bang have tried to make this dish the best it can be. The restaurant uses meat from local farms to produce its sausages in a hope to reduce the carbon footprint of the restaurant to a mere minimum.

Get away from those mass-produced sausage nightmares and cosy up with a plate of bangers and mash at The Big Bang.
