The lovely people at Wahaca have a challenge for you: If you’ve got the land to grow some chillies or cacti, they’ll give you the seeds and compost made from restaurant waste to grow them. They also focus on a sense of community by looking for suppliers who share their beliefs in fair trade and ethically sourced produce.

Inspired by Mexican market food, Wahaca is a spicy delight.
