Kim, 36, bought her coat four years ago from Urban Outfitters and put the bright buttons on herself. “Every year I think I should get a new winter coat, but then somebody will say how much they love the buttons. They took me two minutes to sew on!” Kim’s dress and cardigan are secondhand.
