7. Leju coloured disc necklace
Multi-hued, roughly cut out discs of vegetable ivory are strung together to form this bold, statement making necklace. The sustainable seed was discovered in the Amazon, and is an ethical replacement for elephant ivory. Leju jewellery is produced by fair trade standards in Coloumbia, and often combines vegetable ivory in happy colours with semi-precious gems, and sterling silver to create unique and artistic pieces. Wear alone, or layer several necklaces in different lengths over plain white or marl grey T-shirts.
